60 Days Return and Exchange Policy

Only merchandise in resaleable condition may be returned, Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A Jade gift.com return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise - copy of Invoice is required. Return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice date. original condition. A reliable method of return delivery, and package insurance is highly recommended, and you must post your (RMA) number on outside package. Special orders, or custom merchandise is not subject to return.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
|

JadeGift.com will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise
Authorization(RMA) number.
To return an item to JadeGift.com you must first fill out a RMA request
form and obtain a RMA number from JadeGift.com's customer service
department. Request for a RMA number by clicking on the
RMA number request link below, and fill out the RMA form.
Once you submit your request, JadeGift.com will e-mail you the Return
Merchandise Authorization Number.
You must write this RMA number on the return package. Without
an RMA Number you cannot return merchandise to JadeGift.com.
Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.
RMA numbers are good for 7 business days.
All returns must be received by JadeShop.com within 7 business days from
the receipt of an RMA number.
Note: Our ffice do not open to the Public,
and We are not able to handle walk-in returns.

Tips on Taking Care of Your Fine Jewelry
|

1. Clean your jewelry often (see below for ways of cleaning), and before putting it back in your jewelry box;
2. Put on your jewelry (especially pearl) ONLY AFTER you are done with your makeup and perfume;
3. Keep each jewelry item in a separate box to avoid the slightest possible damage;
4. Check your jewelry for loose parts from time to time, and fix them as soon as possible;

5. Do not wear jewelry while taking a shower, working out, swimming, or cooking; this is particularly important for pearl, which is a porous material capable of trapping moisture and other elements, causing degradation of the surface luster.
6. A clean container with warm water and a little mild detergent, a soft brush are all you need to clean most of your jewelry;
7. For cleaning of pearl, a porous material containing calcium carbide, water and protein, soak jewelry in mineral water and rub clean it with fingers, without using any detergent. Air dry pearl on soft dry cloth before putting it back in the box.
