Return and Exchange Policy

Only merchandise in resaleable condition may be returned,  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A Jade gift.com return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise - copy of Invoice is required. Return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in

original condition. A reliable method of return delivery, and package insurance is highly recommended, and you must post your (RMA) number on outside package. Special orders, or custom merchandise is not subject to return.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

JadeGift.com will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise
Authorization(RMA) number.

To return an item to JadeGift.com you must first fill out a RMA request
form and obtain a RMA number from JadeGift.com's customer service
department.  Request for a RMA number by clicking on the
RMA number request link below, and fill out the RMA form.
Once you submit your request,  JadeGift.com will e-mail you the Return
Merchandise Authorization Number.

You must write this RMA number on the return package. Without
an RMA Number you cannot return merchandise to JadeGift.com.
Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.

RMA numbers are good for 7 business days.
All returns must be received by JadeShop.com within 7 business days from
the receipt of an RMA number.
Note: We are not able to handle walk-in returns.
